Hello Reshmi Di, I have followed your diet for weight reduction and mainly to reduce Ferritin level in blood. High Ferritin could lead to arthritis or liver damage in long run. Before starting the diet Ferritin was 1107 ng/ML. After 1-1.5 months I am very happy to inform you it's 158.83 ng/ML which is perfectly under range (10-300). Best Birthday gift ever ❤️🧿 It's time to admire myself. The path was not easy from 78 to 57 but exciting. I tried many times before but failed.
